fix: class `LMDeployClient` Cannot be used without `LMDeploy` #159

I just copied the api_client file in lmdeploy and modyfied some lines, now it can be used in machine without lmdeploy. (Only class LMDeployClient in lmdepoly_wrapper.py) (I found the name of file wrong just now.)
