Feature request - admin without data view

Hi,

just some thoughts about the admin user (or admin rights).

When you have admin rights in groupoffice (or the admin user) you can access all the personal data from every user.

It would be nice, for bigger installations, to have a concept like nextcloud where the admin can't access any personal data at all.

If you want to have access to personal data, you can use the "switch user tool" and there will be a log entry. Which can be tracked and is logged.
