Feature Request: Tickets - one imap mailbox for all types
Hello, it would be possible to use only one mailbox for IMAP IMPORT for all types of tickets?
We use one central email ([email protected]) for different types of tickets. Unfortunately, only 1 mailbox per type can be used for IMAP import. Which for us means: 10 types = 10 mailboxes.
