Cannot send to Alias after update from 6.8.115 to 25.0.18

Hello,
after update from 6.8.115 to 25.0.18 few weeks ago, when create new aliases and sending mail to them - return "Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table;" Old Aliases before update working normally. What can I do to resolve this problem?
