Bussiness Support module Grid sorting
Hi :)
During testing of the new Support module, I migrated several test tickets from the "old" Support module.
All tickets were transferred successfully. I performed this migration yesterday (04.03.2025).
On a few of them, I continued yesterday the conversation to check notifications.
Today (05.03.2025), most of the tickets that had a modification time later than the current time but with yesterday's date are now sorted based on today's time. Additionally, when hovering over the row in the "Modified" column, today's date appears.
In the screenshot, the "Completed - green checkmark" is actually from today (05.03.2025 08:53) It's correct. However, all the tickets above it were modified yesterday, yet, as the displayed date shows, they are recorded as today's.

How much were the modification times off?
45, 42, 50, 35, 51, 53, 55 have 'create at' date 04-03-2025 with time like 'modified at', but was never modified Those tickets have no History of modification at all, but day is 05-03-2025
