IMAP Mail search - when searching can not see all mail
When I search mails with a key (e.g. a particular mail address) , the program shows mails only from may 2024. I tried to run "database check" and "index rebuild functions" but the issue still persists.
The mails are not in the Group-Office database so these tools don't have any effect on that part. It sends an IMAP search query to the mailserver and it processes it's result. So the thing to check is why doesn't the IMAP server return any new results?
Suggest to use dovecot, latest versions have fts in core. Then you can modify the GroupOffice config to do a fulltext search, which might has impact in performance but gives best search results...
