Canceled reservation and unclear mail
Hi all,
I know the calendar is currently rewrinting but I've catch some problems and I would like to share them with you.
Recently, the reception (she manage the ressources reservation) told me that when somebody cancel a reservation, other people can't reserv above.
In fact, I have two problems. The first is when somebody cancel a reservation, the reception get an email for a reservation change but doesn't know if it's a cancel, a new event or other state. The mail only say that was a change. It's really unclear because we can't see anywhere the last state of the event.
The second problem is when the reservation is canceled, nobody can make another reservation to the same time. I know we can delete the canceled reservation but we want to see the canceled reservation and the new reservation next to. This is for more readable historic.
Theses problems will be changed or have you another solutions ?
