Want better ShellCommand

The current interface for invoking Unix programs is ad-hoc and not very functional. Some of the issues and work-arounds have been implemented in GITFNS. PICK and HELPSYS both have problems because of this.

try `pick issue 628' the Unicode issuetext has two emoji. Maybe these could be shown using image objects?
