Notecards documents "from envos" suffer CR/LF swap problem

There had been a problem that the files in the "envos" repo or "envos" files in the History repository had CR (13) and LF (10) swapped. This wasn't a big problem for Lip sources but compiled files and edit files suffered. (In particular, the symptom that led to discovery of the problem was the large number of TEdit files that asked for fonts of size 13.)

In particular, the Notecards files have this problem. I'm pretty sure now the files in the "envos" repo have been re-swapped so perhaps we should update before I try once more to convert all the notecards *.ted to PDF.
