sort out additional LOOPS resources from envos

loops-sources.txt The 1.1 release has the tester of loops in its implementation. Manuals and other documentation also. The attached file is grep -i loops *.txt in the envos repo, which gives a timestamped list of files.

Now in the lmm-loops branch in the Interlisp/loops repo -- a raft of Loops documentation. Needs to be vetted and sorted out. Look in the "doc" and "test" folders and (for a few things) in "obsolete/from1.1".
