"Branding" on online.interlisp.org

The brand name "Medley Interlisp" was my choice a year or so ago, for the question of "What do we call it" for different kinds of "it". There's the project, the language, the environment, the runtime. "It" changed names many times in its decades of history. I've seen "Interlisp" "Interlisp-D", "Xerox Lisp" "Xerox Common Lisp", "Envos Lisp", Medley. There are probably others. I think for online.interlisp.org we should use the title "Medley Interlisp Online".

The Lispusers package "KOTOLOGO" contains a function to recreate the 3/4 pinwheel logo with different words.

I like the "https://" in the title just to give it a "modern" touch. Saying Copyright 2022 (c) Interlisp.Org in the title, (using XCCS for the copyright symbol) or leave it off (I think my preference for now).

Maybe follow a convention of using the logo window as a way of distinguishing which "system" you're using? Notecards / Medley / Rooms / HyperSuite
