Clean up and run benchmarks for comparison of various configurations of medley and others

The "benchmarks" project (for tests/benchmarks)

There is a new Interlisp/gabriel repository. It contains files copied from envos LISPCORE/gabriel

These files might help in getting modern benchmarks.

• [ ] The .DFASL andn .LCOM files are not compatible with Medley 3.5.
• [ ] repo should have a README and a LICENSE.
• [ ] Some files have multiple versions checked in with ~NN~ version numbers which should be cleaned up.
• [ ] need to add a .gitignore to not add any more of those, after the current versions have been cleaned up

There are Interlisp-function vs. Common Lisp definitions.There are some functions for running benchcmarks and reporting results. maiko has some options for debugging that probably should be documented and turned off for at least some of the modern medley tests
