Updating the Medley IRM

I found out that the copy of the Medley Language Reference (IRM) is incomplete. It ends with ch.29 Terminal Input/Output; the table of contents lists another chapter (30. Ethernet), Glossary and Index. In the table of contents, the page numbers starting with ch. 19. DWIM have a wrong prefix: pages of ch. 19 are not 20-1 etc., but 19-1 etc. - and this holds for all the following chapters.
The files we have for the Medley IRM were the latest, but these were in a 'IRM-3' directory that was work "in progress". So one task is to clean that up somehow. Apparently they were working from the end-forward (in reverse order).
In addition, the DINFO files need some work -- which version oft the IRM was used for them? They aren't really TEDITfiles, or at least TEDIT will error if you try to TEDIT one, even though TEDIT.FORMATTEDFILEP returns T.
Finally there's another edition of the primer files which seem to be from the same source but I can't which is newer.
The DINFOEDIT tools doesn't seem to be in the repo, but I found that I have a copy under a PARC-LISP-Lyric/Lispusers folder. I don't recall from where I got these files, but I'm attaching the source and doc files here:
DINFOEDIT.txt
DINFOEDIT.TEDIT.DMP
Remove the .txt and .DMP extensions that were added so GitHub would allow them. I hope the TEDIT isn't corrupted by GitHub. I'm assuming that the 1987 .LCOM isn't useful since we have the source.
