404 Page Needs additional text / explaination

A page that brings you to a 404, such as, https://interlisp.org/junk lands you at a page that just says, Go Home, which when selected does send you to the Interlisp home page.

We should augment the page with a bit of explanatory text. Something along the lines of the page you're looking for wasn't found.

If we want to add a little levity, maybe some Interlisp code for raising or handling an error.

the 404 page showed up for a while but it's now completely missing the style. I'm not sure what happened to regress the fix, but it's really ugly now.
