LOGINDIR environment variable under cygwin

i'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here or what the right value should be. When I run medley --full from power shell, the environment variable LOGINDIR (which is used to set LOGINHOST/DIR) IS set to /home/Larry/il. But the value I want is /c/users/Larry/il

(I think).

I'm also not sure but it seems like the cygwin install is user-specific -- I have two logins on my PC ([email protected] and [email protected]) and I think (need to verify) Medley is only available for one.

Does the issue persist in current Cygwin?
