          I'm going to this issue into a Discussion about possible networking goals (for TCP) since it's not clear what the goal is

and open an issue to document the 'dodo' networking for PUP and XNS access via emulation

The discussion in #1179 includes instructions on using Dodo networking. Can it be found by someone looking for how to do networking with Medley?

This information on Dodo and networking is unlikely to be found unless someone explicitly looks for it. It would surface better if linked from the Maiko README, the Dodo documentation on the same repo, or better yet the project site (perhaps somewhere under Software).
