I recently renewed my subscription and have been without support for more than 6 months on several outstanding issues. Please reply ASAP.

I've just installed and configured the latest released version on a new site and in the video player settings, when I select "do not allow download" in both the video download and original video download sections and click "save changes" the changes ARE NOT SAVED

Furthermore, in the task manager, report viewer, image sizes, and storage browser no options appear and the page is blank. It seems like this release might be premature?
