VMAP XSD for version 1.0.0

Hi @goosemanjack and @snadorp,

First of all thank you for providing an XSD for VMAP 1.0.1.

I would like to ask if it would be possible to have one for 1.0.0 as well. I appreciate that it was superseded more than three years ago, but some companies still use it and it would be great if their XML-s were validated against the official schema.
