requestResize for non-linear ads only?

Hi IAB,

Should the player always reject a requestResize from the creative if the ad is linear? In the sample code, the comments and code indicate that the player will only resolve a requestResize message if the ad is non-linear. However, the SIMID doc does not specify either way.
