Should SIMID support media rewind?

In VPAID, because the ad is full media playback control - in some cases, the user may have an option to watch the video several times.

Should SIMID support the rewind choice? If so, we need to introduce a new message that the creative posts. For example: SIMID:Creative:requestRewind.
