should we signal COPPA and GDPR consent (see IAB's GDPR consent project)?

Yes, we absolutely should. I am not familiar with the consent project, does anyone have a link?

Discussed today -

  1. For now we don't change the specs. If necessary can pass using ad parameters
  2. Discuss further for 1.1 to see if we need anything more. (And to understand why SIMID would need the info)
