Copy/Cut/Paste- Not working from domain diagram and no context menu options

Pressing Ctrl-C on a selected class on a domain diagram does not copy it to the clipboard, one has to copy it from the tree view, additionally, one cannot paste onto the diagram, they have to paste into the tree view.

Relatedly, Copy/Cut/Paste options are not visible anywhere in the system, both the Services and Domain context menus don't show these as available options.
