DTO - Duplicate files causing DTOs functionality to stop working.

I presume this had to do with duplicate Element Ids that have been introduced when one has been copying information between Intent Architect Applications? That concern has been addressed in Intent Architect 2.x already. Or was this for two or more templates that generated the same file? That has also been addressed in Intent Architect 2.x where it would provide some error information during the Software Factory Execution process including the Template Id in question
