A Fabric Port of the Mod

There isn't any CC Peripheral mods for Fabric.

Additional context

A Full Port would be nice but at least make a proof of concept( ME bridge, AR controller)

I will port the mod to fabric, but I have not much time at the moment, and I'm not yet familiar with Fabric, it will take a while.

I just wanted to add that I love the mod on forge but having recently switched to fabric myself im missing this so much for my base automation
