ManyToMany: expose additional properties on the middle table in a popup menu for each active selection in a c-select-many-to-many

Its not uncommon when you have a many-to-many relationship that the items in the middle table might have one or two extra flag fields on them. Right now, c-select-many-to-many does allow any modification of these fields in the middle. It would be really nifty if it did.
