projectile bypass permissions don't work

Describe the bug

the bypass permissions to shoot the bow on the court does not work.

To Reproduce

1. Install Luckperms / Plotsquare + WorldEdit
2. Create a Plotworld.
3. Give the permissions:

plots.admin.projectile plots.admin.projectile.unowned plots.admin.projectile.road plots.projectile.other plots.projectile.other

via luckperms... 5. try to shoot with a bow...

Expected behaviour

I expected to be able to shoot a bow on the paths and plots that belong to nobody

Hello there, do you have a log that contains the startup of your server too and also when you try to shoot an arrow? The log in your debugpaste is flooded with an error of a different plugin.

The logs don't say if I can or can't shoot with the bow. latest.log

Please update the 7.0.0 Release, also please show us (with pictures or video) where you stand and where you want to shoot at. It is important for reproduction.

I have the same problem when using a fishing rod. Even an op with * permission still can't use the fishing rod on the road. I also try the world/road projectiles flag. The result is the same as above.
