Change road biomes on merge

Describe the bug

When we merge a plot, the biome where the road was is not changed to the plot biome.

To Reproduce

• Create a world with the plots biome on plains so that it contrasts with the road one ( forest ) .
• Merge 2 plots
• You now see where the road was because the biome is unchanged

Expected behaviour

Change the biome to the plot one. If the plots have 2 biomes, take the first one or none.

I'm wondering if it's a good idea to save plot components/biome etc. to the plot meta? And then we can set stuff with a plot merge as well (take the "first" if both have a meta, or from the plot that actually has it set) @IntellectualSites/plotsquared-team
