Describe the bug

Hello!

I found a bug with the tab-completed-aliases. Even when they are disabled in the settings.yml file they still work.

To Reproduce

1. To find this out, I did /plotsquared: in my chat and that's when I see that all the aliases still work.

Expected behaviour

I expect only the aliases listed in my configuration to work and not others like /2, /plotme...

I bisected this down to the first days of v6, specifically 57fc51d0, can't bisect it further due lack of time at the moment, but it looks like this config option never really worked in the way its comment outlines the functionality.

The aliases from the plugin.yml and MainCommand class always have a higher priority to the server than the tab completion aliases you can define here.

Hi, i buy this plugin a few Days ago and the issue is still alive.... I need only /plot , so i reduced alias to only this one entry, but it not working. Is a bug fix in progress? THX
