No Bedrock under Road after merge

Describe the bug

I upgraded from 1.17 to 1.18. If I now merge 2 plots, there is no bedrock under the road. I have bedrock set to true. Here Screenshots before and after merge. PlotSquared-Version 6.7.1

To Reproduce

claim 2 plots clear both plots for new Generation to -64 merge the plots look new bedrock layer by -64 road dont habe bedrock

Expected behaviour

The Bedrock is under the road.
