add "kill-road-projectiles" option

A "kill-road-entities" flag can add the option to remove other entities like fire_charge their fly over the plot world.

projectiles:

• arrow
• spectral_arrow
• snowball
• egg
• ender_pearl
• potion
• splash_potion
• experience_bottle
• ender_eye
• fire_charge (Impossible!)
• small_fireball (Impossible!)
• wither_skull (Impossible!)
• firework_rocket
• falling blocks (also TNT)
