FastAsyncWorldEdit Update for 1.21.6

Overview

TODO:

[x] Adjust data version once 1.21.6 is released
[x] Check all obfuscations
[x] Figure out what to do with the component serializer changes affecting the converters
[ ] Fix https://gist.github.com/SirYwell/2d4b12eca95ea3b606d9381190caa070 if reproducible... (chunk loading/generating involved)

Can't you export the file as a jar for us? Or is it because it's not standardized?

Please don't upload links to "downloads". We cannot trust the jars have not been altered in any way with malware, etc.
