Update Folia support

Update Folia support to 1.20

Thanks to look our Folia support. We are currently on it but some code is not stable enough to merge it into the main branch

FAWE 1.19.4 was quite stable, at least it performed the basic functionality, which is usually enough

You forget the deeper background to add folia support. Folia is breaking some apis how normally Fawe works. That means is not easily to ship a supported version

Can we atleast get branch feature/folia update to 1.20 so that users like us can compile and have some bug feedback for latest version?

We're looking for contributors who can address the outstanding issues in https://github.com/IntellectualSites/FastAsyncWorldEdit/pull/2165 and provide a ready-to-merge pull request.

Currently, we cannot offer spare time to draft something on our own, but we are looking forward to accept community contributions, if there's a demand 😄

There have been other attempts in the past (see the open Folia PRs), but none of them are safe to use and put your server at a risk. We recommend against using any of them.
