Describe the bug

Depending on the place of where you cut, the //regen command just sets all blocks to air. I first tried on a world generated in 1.18. As i said, the command creates a hole. I then tried on a freshly generated world ( so in 1.19.1 ) , and it kind of create the same hole but with some things added ( see screenshot ) .

To Reproduce

1. create a selection
2. //regen

Expected behaviour

Regenerate the terrain.

For me this Bug happens after loading a 1.16.5 Map in 1.19.1.

FAWE can only regenerate whatever the current chunk generator provides. Old chunks cannot be regenerated.
