hotfix for offline deployment

change the source url to the offline deployment server, the following environment variables should be defined:

  • OFFLINE_SERVER_HOST
  • OFFLINE_FILE_SERVER
  • OFFLINE_CHART_SERVER

it is not a total solution though, use at your own risk, DO NOT MERGE
