Realsense cameras stop working after some time on jetpack 6.2
We have a Jetson AGX Orin with Jetpack 6.2, and D415 + D455 cameras. After some time, can be 10 minutes or 4 hours, the rgb stream stops working with the message
[bash-16] 25/11 12:52:28,492 ERROR [281471713206560] (synthetic-stream.cpp:59) Exception was thrown during callback: 0shared_ptrIT_EiEUlS0_E_SaIvELN9__gnu_cxx12_Lock_policyE2EE
We are using librealsense-2.57.4 with CUDA and ros2 and as per this comment firmware 5.13.0.50 on the d455 and also d415.
We have also tried older librealsense versions but got the same error. Do you have some idea what we could try?
Hi @jplapp The D415 and D455 camera models support an alternative RGB mode called 'RGB from left IR sensor'. In this mode, RGB is provided by the left IR sensor instead of the RGB sensor. It is activated by enabling the Infrared stream with the format set to RGB8 instead of the Infrared stream's default Y8 format.
If you have the Infrared stream enabled with the format set to RGB8 and have the RGB stream disabled then does the issue still occur?
