cablecc cable opinion
Hi everyone,
I've been using a Newnex USB 3.2 30cm cable (U3S1A01C6D-010) with my Intel RealSense D455 in an industrial setting for over a year without any issues. Now, I'm evaluating a new cable that offers a more convenient form factor:
-
Cablecc USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C with dual screw locking, up-angled connector
-
Internal structure: twisted pairs + shielding + braided jacket
-
Tested at 1280×720 @ 30 FPS on Color, Depth, IR1, and IR2 streams
-
Measured consistent throughput of ~1160–1180 Mbps over 10+ seconds (well within D455’s peak bandwidth requirements)
So far, the performance has been excellent and stable for testing purposes. I’d like to know if anyone has experience using Cablecc (China) cables in long-term industrial deployments, particularly with RealSense cameras.
Would appreciate your input before I consider replacing Newnex (USA) with this L-shaped alternative.
Thanks!
