Build error: ‘MKL_ENABLE_AVX2_E1’ undeclared

Hi. Could you please suggest how to fix the error: ‘MKL_ENABLE_AVX2_E1’ undeclared while building mkl-service ? I'm compiling mkl-services-2.4.0.post1 against mkl-2021.1.1 and openmpp-19.1.3, python 3.8
