What happened?

Warehouse Street 2 keeps crashing regardless of how I try to get there. I tried all doors as well as warping directly to it and it keeps crashing. I also had an issue where Nemesis bugged out in the dinner when you let the time selection run out. Jill (Carlos replacement) shot him three times and he disappeared and just a shadow on the floor was left. Gravedigger also didn't spawn on the way to the train but I still fell down and had to flip both switches.
