What happened?

Seed: R712-QNUT-J4HH40M5Z9Y00030ZZZZZZZ5ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ20HZZZZZZZ Unzip save file and load the game. Proceed to room 116. There is a green herb instead of shotgun on the wall. Pick it up and and proceed to room 115 to trigger cut scene. Barry won't come to save you. Only choice now is come back to room 116. But you can't place green herb back to the wall and door to room 115 now locked and you will be soft locked in room 116 now. P.S. I already reported similar issue with Chris few moths ago, but this problem still present. The room 116 should not contain any items except normal shotgun or broken one, because only they could be placed on wall back to unlock door to room 115 in case if cut scene has triggered there.
