The launcher should be minimized oder closed when OpenRCT2 or OpenLoco has been started. Actually it stay opened in the background.
Also fixed the test (which can get rate limited somehow even though it's on GitHub's servers, but shouldn't happen to users unless they spam-click the buttons) and bumped action versions...
Should be easy to create with https://github.com/jiro4989/build-deb-action and https://github.com/jiro4989/build-rpm-action. I'll work on if it is agreed this project should be packaged.
