Release distiller on PyPi

First of all, thank you for this amazing library.

I was wondering if there was any plan to release the library on pypi? This would make it much easier and robust for people to use the nervana distiller library inside another python package.

Should be pretty trivial to set up with the new github actions. Happy to make a PR if you are interested! (Note that you will need to create an account on PyPi yourself though)
