Dependencies

Additional dependencies that I think need to be added to the "Dependencies" section:

  • git
  • openssl
  • some subset of: autoconf, autogen, libtool

Also, I think g++ needs to be listed above cmake

Actually, it's fine to build he-transformer with cmake without openssl.

openssl is not quiet necessary, but great thanks for the third line, autoconf, autogen, libtool is really important for the building process of protobuf!
