We had a custom piece of code adding permissions. Disabling this piece of code fixed the disapearing. `lpPlgn.getUserManager().modifyUser(uuid, user -> { // Add the permission user.data().add(Node.builder(permission).build()); });`

This seems fine for now no? Better than nothing and having to make/install another plugin just for this.
