Is running but not liking the posts

This is the output I am having, is opening the page and looking for the hashtag I specified but is not liking the posts.

This happens with follow_by_tag as well for me.

This looks to be due to the fact that instagram is only showing the top 9 posts for a hashtag now (and nothing else) due to an attempt to prevent misinformation being spread during the US election. I'm not sure how to work around this, either.
