Also had to comment out assertion in binarybuffer.h (line 143) as our bitstream from jtag is 66 bits long and this was causing it to fail. //assert(num >= 1 &&...

Thanks so much for your feedback.. We have found the issue and riscv-openocd is now working with our rtl.
