Permision denied error

Hi, I followed all the instruction line by line. But still i am getting Permission denied error. Can you please guide me how can fix this error.

Thanks for your help, i am able to successfully create line items in bulk. Can you suggest me what should i do if i need to make a key value pair ( hb_bidder_aol) is aol in every line item.
