list the release even in error to let the user delete the release

Maybe onyxia could list and show services in error lile helm ls -a.

Some release can be in error depending on:

• limit resources quota on namespace
• especially on card with one deploment only like hivemetastore and previous release in bad state.

The user don't see the error and see nothing in onyxia, with helm ls -a and listing the release in error, the user could at least uninstall the release or show that the deployment is launched but in a non standard state.
