single choice question : importing a codeList + adding a "precise" leads to 💥

[QRuhier]

• create a single choice question
• import a code list (csv)
• save : OK
• go back to this question, add a "precise" to any modality
• save : KO
• then it's impossible to reload the questionnaire (infinite loading)

Nb :

• there is no bug if you create the code list instead of importing it
• there is not this bug on multiple choice question
