Error when importing code list containing parent values

The feature "Import a code list" works well when empty values are entered as "Parent". But this doesn't work if a value is entered as parent (to specify a hierarchy or simply by indicating "1" for each code). This has been observed: after importing the code list, the number of codes is correctly recognized. However, when you click on "Validate", no code is imported.
