Moving columns order in a table

Table creation in Pogues abstract a bit the layout of the table itself. Specifically, the order of the columns is defined by the order of the measurement:

As a user, if i want to change this order, there is no easy way. Two solutions:

1. a drag & drop feature as we have in the questionnaire structure view
2. an up & down button as it exists for lists

La création d'un tableau dans Pogues rend un peu abstraite la gestion de l'affichage. Particulièrement, l'ordre des colonnes est défini par l'ordre des "Informations mesurées" :

En tant qu'utilisateur, si je veux changer cette ordre, rien de facile. Deux solutions possibles :

1. une fonctionnalité de drag & drop comme pour la vue structurelle du questionnaire
2. des boutons haut & bas comme pour les listes
